The ESG strategy of the Dalpo Group is an integral part of our business model and defines a conscious direction for the organization’s development. We treat it as a long-term management system that supports sustainable and transparent growth, while strengthening the Group’s competitiveness and credibility as a responsible business partner.

  • Environmental

    We focus on genuinely reducing the environmental impact of our operations. We undertake actions aimed at lowering greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, and using resources responsibly.
    Since 2019, we have been monitoring our carbon footprint in Scope 1 and 2, setting ambitious reduction targets — 50% by 2030 and 100% by 2040 compared to the base year.

    We are developing sustainable production by reducing the energy intensity of our processes, increasing the share of renewable energy sources, and limiting waste per unit of product. We implement circular economy principles and introduce environmental criteria already at the product design stage, taking into account their life cycle, recyclability, and carbon footprint. Our activities are supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

  • Social

    We build a work environment based on safety, equality, and mutual respect. We promote ethical relationships within the organization and in dealings with business partners, ensuring transparency and high standards in human resource management.

    We implement policies to prevent workplace harassment and discrimination, provide clear procedures for reporting violations, and foster an organizational culture grounded in human rights. Our remuneration policy ensures pay at least at the level of the local living wage for the Wielkopolska region.

    We invest in employee development through training in ecology and sustainable development, and we actively engage in social and charitable initiatives. We support educational and aid programs and carry out projects with a tangible impact on local communities.

  • Governance

    We operate based on transparent management structures and responsible decision-making. The ESG strategy is our first structured document in this area and serves as a foundation for further reporting in line with the voluntary VSME standard developed by EFRAG.
    Despite the lack of regulatory obligation, we take actions that go beyond legal requirements, guided by responsibility toward stakeholders and the long-term stability of the organization.

Sustainable production

Sustainable production is one of the key pillars of the Dalpo Group’s development. Our goal is to systematically reduce the environmental impact of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Each year, we consistently reduce our carbon footprint and the amount of waste generated per unit of product. This process is based on the analysis of production data, infrastructure modernization, and continuous optimization of technological processes.

Renewable energy sources

We monitor CO₂ emissions and progressively implement measures to reduce the energy intensity of production. We invest in modern, more energy-efficient production lines and process automation solutions. We are increasing the share of energy derived from renewable sources, and our actions are part of a long-term emissions reduction strategy.

Each successive year brings measurable reductions in emissions and improvements in the energy efficiency of our facilities.

Waste reduction

We systematically reduce the amount of production waste by optimizing the use of raw materials, implementing circular economy principles, and using recycled materials wherever possible. We analyze every stage of the production process to identify areas for improvement.

Water management

In our production facilities and offices, we have installed aerators that reduce water consumption and support more efficient resource management. This simple yet effective solution helps lower water usage in daily operations while maintaining user comfort.

Sustainable production is an ongoing process. Each year, we set new environmental goals and continuously raise our standards, building a business model based on responsibility and long-term stability.
