First aid training

The safety of our employees is very important to us and therefore first aid training was held on our premises in November and December.

The training was conducted by a team of paramedics representing the POMOGĘ BO MOGĘ group. The course was attended by 60 employees from every level of the organisation and from every department. Its aim was to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide first aid in life or health emergencies – at work and beyond. The trainers placed a very strong emphasis on practice – we practised on phantoms, people, using AEDs and bandages.

In addition, as another element of improving safety at work, Dalpo purchased 3 AEDs (Automatic Portable Defibrillators). They have been installed in Poznań, Rosnów and Niepruszewo.

Next year we are planning to expand the course to include more topics related to providing assistance.
