He always wanted to breed sheep in the Bieszczady Mountains, therefore he graduated from the Agricultural University with a doctoral degree. However, the economic changes in the country meant that he decided to stay in Poznan and take a different career path. So he graduated from Food Marketing at the then Academy of Economics and started working in Trade. He joined the Dalpo Group in 2002, taking the position of Commercial Director and responsible for the development of this department on both the domestic and export market.
Privately, a father of three children, enthusiast of high mountain climbing, diving and an avid motorcycle travel enthusiast.
