Dalpo’s 30th Anniversary
On October 19, 2019, the Jubilee Gala of the 30th anniversary of Dalpo was held. We celebrated this ceremony at the Novotel Hotel in Poznań in a group of almost 500 people, which included our employees, long-term customers, suppliers, business partners as well as close family members. It was a great moment to remind ourselves how it was 30 years, what the beginnings were, the next stages of development constituting milestones in the history of the company
30 years on the market of adhesive materials is a real success. When we started in 1989 with the distribution of seals for windows and doors, no one thought we would get to the place where we are now. A family company of several people, thanks to hard work, determination and faith in success, has grown to the size in which it has its own 2 production plants, a qualified staff of over 320 employees, well-developed international cooperation and 27 awards confirming these achievements.
Another very important event took place during the Jubilee Gala. There has been a significant change in the position of the President of the Management Board. At the beginning of 2020, the company will be headed by Mr. Mateusz Rawecki, the current Managing Director of Dalpo, who will take over the position of the President of the Management Board, which from the beginning of the company’s existence was co-founder, Dalpo’s success father, Mr. Wacław Rawecki. We would like to thank the current President for all the years of managing the company, and we wish the future President only successes in the further development of the company.
